E-Commerce Lead

Team Ridemax Philippines (owned and operated by Drakester Incorporated) was established in March

• The company imports car & off-road accessories, and tires in the Philippines. Some notable brands are Michelin, BF Goodrich, and Arivo for tires; Ridemax, Profender, and Hamer for off-road accessories.
  
  From selling only one product upon establishment, The company has immensely grown and is now importing over 25 international brands, supplying products nationwide. Currently, we are also starting to venture into motorcycle accessories.

• Primary responsibilities:

• Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet sales target for Lazada and Shopee store

Sign up for events with pricelist and promo tools

• Work with graphics team to build marketing collaterals

Liaise with Lazada or Shopee managers

• Customer chat for day-to-day customer questions

Manage marketing ads for store, Tiktok, Facebook and IG

• Set effective ads to drive sales and optimize ROI

Analyze market trends and apply them to existing brands

• Day-to-day ecommerce store operations, incl. customer services and returns, managing product listings, promotions, etc.

Willingness to do livestreaming for brand on Lazada/Shopee (a plus but not required)

• Collaborate with warehouse team for shipping on time, returns and refunds, etc.

Deal with any conflicts or issues quickly

• General day to day tasks as required and needed

• Experience requirements

• At least 4+ years of relevant experience

Not necessary but a plus: relevant experience in ecommerce (Lazada, Shopee, or direct brand e-commerce) or retail experience

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, speak fluent English

Adequate knowledge of social analytics, online marketing and major marketing channels

• Able to work under pressure at a fast-paced, challenging environment

Must be proactive with good working attitude not afraid to speak up when you see rooms for improvement, as your opinions will be valued

• Demonstrate confidence and leadership to work with other teams

College degree is a must

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
