Job description- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Strategy and Performance
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets across all marketplaces.- Monitor sales KPIs and financial targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
Design and execute sales promotions as necessary.
Coordinate with Merchandising and Key Accounts for analysis, ordering, and sell-out programs.
- Conduct periodic business review meetings with Marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs) and team.
Evaluate and finalize sell-out and sell-in targets for Marketplaces in advance.
- Relationship Building and Account Management
Build strong relationships with marketplaces and Key Account Managers.- Serve as a liaison between the company and business partners, addressing mutual needs and concerns.
Gather marketplace insights through regular meetings and research.
Develop and implement efficient sales and account management practices and systems.
- Monitor departmental budget and ensure expenditures are within budgetary limits.
Propose and maintain Marketplace and Account Officer (AO) performance programs.
- Strategic Planning and Collaboration
Develop sales and operational plans and oversee their day-to-day execution.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Marketing) to align strategies and goals.
Lead monthly and annual Digital Commerce Business Review and Sales Conference.
- Customer Experience and Operational Processes
Design and manage the customer journey and experience across all channels.
- Implement processes and procedures (marketplace onboarding, promo mechanics, order fulfillment) to enhance customer experience.
Measure and improve customer satisfaction and recommend continuous improvement action plans.
- Inventory and Data Management
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment across all marketplaces.- Utilize Google Analytics, Shopify, and marketplace seller centers for customer behavior analysis and funnel conversions.
Analyze sales and retail metrics, formulate strategies for improvement, and validate weekly/monthly reports.
- Team Leadership and Development
Set performance objectives and provide guidance to E-commerce Account Managers (EAMs).
- Ensure effective utilization and productivity of the Account Management Team.
Participate in talent recruitment and development initiatives.
