About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing e-commerce operations team as an E-commerce Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online store, from product listings and order processing to customer service and data analysis. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the operation of Shopee & Lazada stores, including listing optimization, activity planning, marketing promotion, advertising, and data analysis;
- Responsible for editing and uploading products, investigating major competitors, highlighting the core strengths;
- Responsible for ads, ranking/keyword optimization, improving the click-through rate and conversion rate of products;
- Responsible for the research of platform policies, marketing and sales skills, and the pursuit of maximizing the benefit of each product;
- Responsible for sorting and analyzing operational data regularly, identifying problems and causes.
- Assist with product data management, including creating and updating product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, including order verification, payment processing, and shipping arrangements.
- Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Track inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, such as preparing product information for email campaigns and social media posts.
- Contribute to data analysis tasks, gathering and reporting on key e-commerce metrics such as sales performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Assist with other operational tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new things.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years experience E-Commerce experience Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts and operations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with specific e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic data analysis tools and concepts.
