Job Description: Fulfill orders in a timely manner ensuring accurate picking, packing and shipping of products.
Identify and resolve issues related to orders, payments, or customer concerns. Customer service and collaborating with team leader
Ensure accuracy in order processing, inventory management, and data analysis
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Performs other administrative tasks necessary
Experience in online shops (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok) is preferred but not required.
Experience in fulfillment and packing orders will be prioritized.
Experience in warehousing is preferred
Optimistic and Goal Driven
Willing to render overtime and work during holidays and weekends.
Physically fit
Can perform task in a timely, accurate and organize manner
