Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Client Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Client Services Manager responsible for managing client accounts that sell on ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded.
Client Account Management:- Together with the Client Services Manager, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Act as one of the main points of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.Platform Expertise:
Develop in-depth knowledge of Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and other relevant Ecommerce platforms.
- Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and opportunities.
Strategic Planning:
- Together with the Client Services Manager, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and formulate strategic plans for marketplace success.
Provide insights and recommendations based on platform dynamics and industry trends.
Oversee inventory processes and replenishment requests.- Evaluate stock levels, generate reports, and initiate replenishment to optimize product availability.
Monitor sell-through rates (STR) and proactively manage stock levels for sales opportunities.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Monitor sales performance on Ecommerce platforms.- Generate sales reports, analyze data, identify trends and opportunities and provide clients with actionable insights.
Develop and implement forecasts to support sales and inventory planning
Plan and execute promotional campaigns on Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and other platforms.- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign deployment.
Performance Analysis:- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
Provide clients with regular reports and actionable insights.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, including Channel Management, Creatives, Marketing, CSR, and Warehouse to ensure client objectives are met.
- Liaise with external partners, such as Marketplace Key Account Associates, for optimal collaboration.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in client services, ecommerce, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledgeable with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform.- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of client services specialists.
