• Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Buyer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing merchandise to support our upsell and replenishment strategies. You will collaborate closely with vendors, manage inventory levels, and analyze market trends to ensure we offer quality products that align with our sales strategy and market demand.

• Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source products that align with our sales strategy and market needs.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts.

Ensure product quality and resolve any issues with suppliers.

• Negotiate cost-effective deals while maintaining quality and profitability.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure optimal stock.

• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make informed purchasing decisions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in our catalog.

• Manage the purchasing budget and adhere to financial goals.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of one year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or buying within an e-commerce environment.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

• Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Appreciation for AI tools, including ChatGPT, for problem-solving and operational efficiency.

Ability to create effective prompts and utilize custom instructions to enhance productivity.
