Collate feedback on quality and partnership
- Collate information on local and international business, market trends, new business opportunities and market segments
Coordinate e-commerce activities- Coordinate with business partners
Engage in service innovation initiatives
- Execute customer retention and loyalty activities
Execute sales, promotions, brand, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms- Implement operations for service excellence
Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfil customers orders based on established procedures and service level agreement
- Maintain and update content for organisation's website
Perform crisis management activities- Perform test to ensure smooth functionality of website
Respond to service challenges
- Support analysis of data to generate insights
Track data on system and network effectiveness for analysis- Willing to be assigned at the Tokyo Head Office for 3 months on rotation basis
Meet monthly sales target
- Managing Marketing platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Instagram, Shopify)
