Assisting Online Operations in VOC tracking and coordination with PICs (based on SOPs/spiels to be provided), and related admin tasks, including but not limited to JIRA-ticket management.
Manage the VOC monitoring report and follow up on actions/feedback from PICs
Assist in coordinating cancellation requests with Online Operations and Logistics PICs
Manage order cancellations via Hybris backoffice
JIRA monitoring/support for Online Operations/VOC tickets
Assist in order tracking and reconciliation tasks
. With Customer Service Experience handling Ecommerce Platform
. Good Communication Skills
. With Minimal Admin Experience
