E-Commerce Assistant

An exciting new opportunity to join our Digital Team as an Ecommerce Assistant and thrive in driving online sales and enhancing customer experiences.

• Roles and Responsibilities

You will be supporting the Ecommerce Manager in a collaborative and dynamic environment

• Responsible for website maintenance including order management, product uploads, website SEOs, Searchspring and relevant copywriting

Responsible for online merchandising, inventory management of the website including featured products, season collections and promotional ranges

• Coordinate website imagery from image edits, liaising with external editing team to ensure company standards are followed

Coordinate ecommerce and campaign photoshoots, working collaboratively with the Digital and Design team

• Provide adhoc administrative support to the Digital Team

• Required Experience

A cohesive understanding of the brand, what we do & who our audience is

• Excellent organisation and administrative ability

A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience Advantage

Previous experience or background in retail or fashion

• Recent graduate or currently studying in a business/graphic design/marketing degree preferred

1+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or ERP systems such as Apparel21 is favourable

• Proficient in Photoshop
