E-COMMERCE AND EXPORT SALES MANAGER- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
Manage, maintain, and update the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website's performance.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Analyze data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.- Manage customer service inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:- With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any 4-year related course
With at least 4 years related work experience
- Preferably with experience in Food & Beverage industry
With good written and verbal communication skills- Willing to start immediately
Willing to report at our Head Office in Antipolo
