Position Summary
AsEcommerce Coordinatoryou'll have responsibility for the day-to-day operations on the Client site. You will work closely with the Ecommerce team as well as the buying teams across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day website updates and maintenance forclient website
- Mapping and adding new products to the website through Shopify and Dynamics365
- Sourcing and uploading relevant imagery for products to constantly improve site
- Sourcing product information and nutritional information for products to improve site
- Manage, review, and update online products to ensure the correct categorisation, imagery, collections and copy are accurate for all products
- Reporting on key metrics: fulfilment rates, OOS reporting and reporting to relevant stakeholders/suppliers
- Managing the pipeline of new products going live on the website when stock hits
- Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices to improve the website's visibility

- Previous experience in ecommerce +2 year. Shopify experience advantageous.
- Microsoft Office suite experience, especially Excel. Dynamics 365 experience advantageous
- Photoshop experience advantageous, to edit and create content
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus
- Can-do attitude, flexible, and quick learner
- Can take satisfaction from achieving an outcome. Enjoys working autonomously and diving into opportunities to make the role their own
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. This would be beneficial but not essential
Major Challenges
- Need to be able to handle multiple priorities at any one time and handle ad hoc requests. Should be capable of changing priorities or addressing issues as they occur.
- Need to be able to independently manage workload and maintain focus with multiple things influencing job scope/direction as well as managing multiple suppliers to deliver outcomes.
