VI. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or e-commerce company like Shoppertainment Inc.

• Experience with TikTok and other social media platforms.

VII. Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and influencer marketing strategies.

• Familiarity with TikTokshop and its functionalities.

VIII. Job Summary:

• The E-Commerce Account Manager for TikTokshop will be responsible for recruiting clients and managing e-commerce influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns. The role requires strategic planning, execution, and analysis to ensure successful campaigns and satisfied clients.

IX. Role Objectives:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and influencers.

Drive successful e-commerce campaigns on TikTokshop.

• Achieve and exceed campaign performance targets.

X. Duties & Essential Job Functions:

• Recruit and onboard clients for TikTokshop campaigns.

Manage influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns from start to finish.

• Coordinate with influencers to create engaging and effective content.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.

• Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and influencer marketing.

XI. Compensation: Php 30,

• 00 to Php 40,000.00; dependent on work-related experience and qualifications
