Job Overview: The E-Commerce Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our international e-commerce operations, including the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global e-commerce strategy to increase sales and market share across international markets.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including platform management, product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid search) to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in existing and new markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and customer experiences.
- Oversee website optimization efforts, including UI/UX improvements, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and adjust as needed.
- Manages and ensures campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with company goals.
- Stay current on emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the global market.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on international markets and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce and marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools, including Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
