- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
Monitor and maintain the health of the eCommerce platform, addressing any issues related to form accuracy and error resolution- Work closely with third-party suppliers and customers to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or inquiries
Develop and document processes, procedures, and best practices related to order fulfillment
