Qualifications2 years experience in defining business services and configuring them for service monitoring in Dynatrace
- Serve as the SME for Dynatrace
- Facilitate the definition of Business Services with respect to various IT services and
apply best practices to configure service monitoring into Dynatrace
- Improve the service monitoring of existing systems already in Dynatrace - maximize
the capability of the monitoring tool, refine the thresholds, anticipate blindspots,
improve insight reporting
- Provide consulting services to the project teams and ensure best practices are
applied for setting up monitoring of new applications that will be implemented in
production
