Job Description
Supervising all the activities of the Rooms Division, as well as other activities which relate to the effective and efficient operation of the hotel
Acts as liaison with the other operating departments in terms of guest complaints or other related problems
Handles and addresses guest concerns, ensuring the provision of quality guest service at all times
Performs regular room inspections and of all public areas to ensure that standards are met
Qualifications
Graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course
With 3-4 years of Hotel experience
Good leadership skills
Can work in a fast phase working environment
