Monitor and coordinate all the hotel operational functions within the property- Provide the highest level of guest service and ensuring that the standards are maintained
Ensure that all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions
- Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity at all times
Manage, record, and resolve promptly all guest complaints- Meet and greet VIP guests and corporate clients upon arrival
Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implements actions to improve results
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and colleagues guided by the emergency procedures.
