Job Description- Monitor and coordinate all the hotel operational functions within the property
Provide the highest level of guest service and ensuring that the standards are maintained- Ensures that all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions
Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity at all times
- Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints
Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival- Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implements actions to improve results
Ensures the safety and security of all guests and colleagues guided by the emergency procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- _With 3-years work experience in the same capacity in the Hospitality Industry_
Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills- With good interpersonal skills
Service-oriented with an eye for details
