- 1.1 Provides services in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering. Responsible for entire project cycle to include design, development, and project completion.
- 1.2 Prepares the working schedules of all engineering staffs.
- 1.3 Prepares and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids.
- 1.4 Prepares technical construction specifications.
- 1.5 Manages construction document printing processes.
- 1.6 Manages project issues, budgets and schedules.
- 1.7 Reviews and critiques proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details.
- 1.8 Reviews development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.
- 2.1 Coordinates the activities of the design and construction teams.
- 2.2 Performs other duties as assigned.
- 3 Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior. (Does not apply to top management.)
- 1.1 College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) and licensed with the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC). Post graduate diploma is an advantage
- 2.1 At least 3 to 4 years experience in engineering operations.
- 3 Special Qualities/ Skills Required:
- 3.1 Knowledge of engineering management program development
- 3.2 Ability to manage budget and personnel
- 3.3 Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3.4 Must possess strong decision-making abilities for critical situations.
