Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Engineer at Seda Hotels in Santa Rosa City. The Duty Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of various hotel systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC. They will perform routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of all facilities. The Duty Engineer will also collaborate with other departments to address any maintenance-related issues and deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Must be a Licensed Engineer
• Experience in building maintenance, hotel engineering, or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
