Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Monitor the deliveries of Packaging Materials and Premixes based on weekly delivery plan.
-Check issuance of materials to production and other withdrawing parties.
-Prepare and submit SAP Reports in a timely manner.
-Monitor status of receiving reports and ensure on time submission.
-Ensure inventory reports updated daily.
-Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
-Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory concerns to ensure availability of stocks and minimize disposal of items.
-Monitor the expiration sdates of spices and ingredients and make sure that FIFO/FEFO method is being applied during issuance of materials, especially spices and ingredients.
-Ensure efficient space utilization.
-Report shortages.
Key Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering of Business/Management related course.
-At least 1 year experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
