Ensures that all parameters stipulates in the provided Transport Inspection Checklist including the tools are follows prior of loading and depart from the warehouse to customer.- Gives immediate reports to the warehouse manager
Coordinates with the warehouse Admin staff/ checker as to what item, quantity and location of the item to load.
- Ensures that all documents and requirements in the delivery are correct and complete.
Submits all delivery documents upon arrival to the customer.- Assists in counting stocks being unload as follows of the customer.
Accomplishes delivery monitoring
- Collates and submits to the warehouse Admin staff/ supervisor their delivery monitoring, expenses, fuel receipts for checking and recording purposes.
