DRIVER (TORIL BRANCH)

Follow the warehouse standard operating procedure

• Prepare Daily itinerary form, Gate Pass, OB form, Vehicle check list and Travel allowance

Ensure that all items/goods loaded in the truck are in good condition and complete base on Sales Invoice, MSR, BT

• Deliver the goods on time and in good condition on the designated client/customer

Prepare IR for problems encounter during the delivery of goods such as client/customer complaints, traffic violations, payment problems, receipt problems, breakages and other concern that must be known by the warehouse supervisor/manager.

• Ensure that products/items loaded in the truck are properly secured, tied, packed and accounted base on Sales invoice, MSR and Branch Transfer

Pull out of products with client return form with approval from Sales and noted by Supervisor or manager and ensure the CRF properly fill-up by driver with complete and correct details.

• Ensure that the assigned trucks are clean and good running condition

Ensure that his delivery helpers are well oriented on the proper handling of products especially in un-loading of goods in the client/customer side.

• Ensure that returned products are all accounted and with complete documentation and prepare incident report noted by his supervisor.

Ensure that all documents in connection with the deliveries are all accounted for and properly endorsed to the Inventory Assistant and /or Warehouse Supervisor

• Ensure all the delivery with Cash on Delivery Terms must be issued PR/CR to Customer and must submit to Treasury Department.

Ensure all the delivery with Posted Dated Check Terms must be issued CR to Customer and must submit to Treasury Department

• Any task that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

• Qualification:

Highschool Level

• with at least 1 to 2 yrs as driver

has Driver Restriction : 1,2,3

• Willing to be train
