Admin Staff (Liaison), where you will ensure the seamless operation of our client's head office. From meticulously managing company assets and maintaining the office environment to overseeing vehicle administration and implementing efficient safety protocols, your contributions will be crucial to daily operations and long-term success.
- Scope & Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Company Properties, Fixed Assets, and Head Office Premises
Recommends strategies for the administration and maintenance of company-owned premises and fixed assets.- Implements best practices in property administration and maintenance, ensuring adherence to existing policies and guidelines.
Ensures that all properties and vehicles, along with relevant documentation, are adequately insured and covered at all times.
- Oversees the orderliness and cleanliness of office premises.
- Administration of Company Vehicles
Monitors and approves requests for company vehicles.
- Coordinates driver schedules.
Manages the scheduling of Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) and repairs for company vehicles.
- Maintaining a Safe and Secure Working Environment
Implements workplace safety management policies during regular business operations and crisis situations.- Assists the Department Head in implementing the company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Supervises daily activities of the security unit at the Head Office, ensuring effective management of security issues as needed.
- Management of Equipment and Tools
Conducts periodic physical inventory of fixed assets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experienced company driver, and knowledgeable in general office administration.
A valid driver's license (Preferred - restrictions 1 & 2).
- Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Experience in managing people, including drivers, utilities, and maintenance personnel.
