Job Title: Driver/Electrician- Location: Atlanta Centre Building in San Juan, Metro Manila
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver/Electrician to join our ophthalmology clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting patients between the clinic and the station, as well as performing routine electrical checks and maintenance on our ophthalmology equipment.
Transport patients to and from the station and our clinic in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws and clinic transportation policies.- Assist patients in and out of the vehicle as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Perform routine electrical checks and maintenance on ophthalmology machines and equipment.- Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical issues with the equipment.
Coordinate with external service providers for major repairs and maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
Ensure all electrical equipment is functioning properly and is ready for use.- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Certified electrician with experience in maintaining and troubleshooting medical equipment, especially ophthalmology machines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and move equipment as necessary.- Ability to assist patients with mobility issues.
