Job Description- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software.
Create 3D drawings using sketchUp.- Interpret and incorporate design specifications and requirements.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project teams.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
Maintain and update drawing files and documentation.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role.- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of building and construction processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Relevant certification or diploma in drafting or a related field (preferred).
Good Organizational Skills- High 5-figure salary rate
