As a Drafter, you'll interpret hydraulic drawings, creating shop-ready drawings with precision using Autodesk tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360. In close coordination with our client's project team, you'll deliver high-quality, submission-ready drawings for client approval. Expect to send RFIs, attend project meetings, and ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulations, positioning our projects for seamless execution. • Interpret hydraulic drawings and produce shop drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
  
• Deliver accurate, high-quality drawings to the project team.
  
• Ensure drawings are presentable and ready for submission with document transmittals for client approval.
  
• Send RFIs to builders and architects, coordinating resubmissions through the manager in Australia.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry legislation, codes, and standards at all times.
  
• Participate in coordination, site, and construction meetings as required.
  

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Building Blocks of Your Success!

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role working directly with construction drawings, manufacturers, builders, or end users
  
• Strong knowledge of building materials used in the construction industry and ability to read architectural drawings
  
• Excellent proficiency in design technology and strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  
• Proficiency in English communication, with essential comprehension skills in both written and verbal formats
  
• Customer-oriented, organized, efficient, and a team player with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  
• Hands-on approach with a positive and professional attitude
  
• Ability to work autonomously without supervision
  

Experience Requirements:

• 3 years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit
  
• 2 years of drafting experience (preferred)
  
• 2 years of estimating experience (preferred)
  
• Proficient in English
