DOTNET DEVELOPER MID - SR

The Senior .NET Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. The Sr. Developer will have extensive experience/expertise in .NET framework development, Agile methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality applications.

• Key Responsibilities:

Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications deployed on cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Agile Practices: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and other developers to design and implement application architectures.Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide support to other team members.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for applications standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes. Performs application and code reviews.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in .NET development

• Technical Skills: Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.

Front-end Skills: Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

Database Skills: Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.Security: Strong understanding of web security best practices and how to implement

• APIs: Experience with developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

DevOps: Experience in DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD or Docker is preferred.

Testing: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
