Document Management Supervisor

Main Function:

• Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient organization, control, and compliance of all documentation within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation and maintenance of robust document management systems aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering and/or Business Management related courses.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO standards, industry-specific regulations) related to document management.

Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) and other related technologies for efficient document control and retrieval.

• Must be willing to undergo online examination and Virtual or face-to-face interviews.
