POSITION PURPOSE- Provides support in the implementation pf the organization's standard procedures
- Provides support in the implementation of ISO standard requirements
- Establishes and maintains an effective filing system for the organization's documents and records.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Monitors incoming and outgoing submittals and letters
- Transmitting Documents from main office to site
- Compiling of weekly Site Reports and Mancom reports for the department
- Act as Assistant for the assign departments manager
- Responsible for filing documents
- QUALIFICATIONS
- College Graduate of any course.
- Proficient in various computer applications such as MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office Outlook, MS Office PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge on administrative/clerical functions for a corporate environment
- Good command on English verbal and written communication
- At least 80 WPM typing skills
- Basic knowledge on ISO standard requirements, preferred but not required
