Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists in the development of a coordinated document control system for various department and project sites

Assists in conduct of QESH orientation programs

Assists in coordinating with various departments in monitoring quality targets and implementation of QESH action items.

May be asked to be part of the Internal Quality Audit Team

Assists in developing various training or educational materials.

Conducts orientation for document controllers in departments and project sites.

Assists in coordination of various activities related to implementation of the QESH

Ensures the proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and that documents are stored and backed up and any retention policies are followed.

Handles all hard copy and electronic filing.

Ensures accessibility, traceability and accuracy of documents.

Controls workflows management and documents distribution.

Archiving /Scanning/Printing - Renaming, recording and filing incoming hard copies of drawings (Internal and External) organizing documents and ensuring documents are saved and safeguarded from theft or destruction.

Ensures that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, contractors and suppliers as applicable

Maintains the files and control logs as required by the project procedures.

Monitors the company's Statutory and Regulatory compliance such as permits and certificates validity date in coordination with the concerned departments.

Ensures compliance of all QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY and HEALTH standards, requirements and procedures (e.g. use of proper forms, Standard Operating Procedures, use of appropriate Personnel Protective Equipment, attend tool box meeting, observe waste segregation, submit to security procedures when required, etc.

To perform other activities that may be assigned from time to time.
