Nordic Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Document Control team in the Philippines. As a Document Controller, you assume responsibility for managing and maintaining the Supply Chain's documents and records in an organized, secure, and accessible manner. The ideal candidate will be proficient in document control software and principles, have excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement document control procedures and processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents and records
Work with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that all documentation is collected, reviewed, and stored appropriately
Coordinate with other departments to collect, process, and maintain all necessary documents, including technical drawings, specifications, reports, and contracts
Ensure that all documents and records meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Records and maintains accurate product data and ERP configuration of products manufactured by suppliers and OSATs.
Qualification and skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Preferably with 2 years experience in document management and product data / ERP product configuration in the semiconductor industry.
Proficiency in document control software, document management systems, PDM and ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of document control principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Works well alone or with a team with minimum supervision required.
