DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document management, implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
Keen to details- Easy to follow and adopt instructions and procedures
Understands construction/technical terminologies
- Manage and maintain all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support
Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving)- Proficient in using MS Office application (especially MS Excel and MS Word)
Can work with minimum supervision and work under pressure
- With good communication skills in both verbal and written
With good judgement and decision in work
