Responsibilities- Create and manage a document control system to ensure all company documents are stored and tracked appropriately.
Review and update existing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.- Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, versioned, and stored according to company standards.
Work closely with various teams to ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Provide training and support to other team members on the document control system and best practices for document management.
Implement and maintain a system for archiving old documents.- Monitor and ensure adherence to document control procedures and policies.
