The Division Manager is accountable for the direction, strategy, and performance of our Records Management Business Unit. They will be accountable for sales, account management, customer services and operations. They will have fiduciary and profit & loss responsibility, develop policies and procedures, and monitor new market trends; captures sales and market growth opportunities, develops optimal revenue models, sales channels within their own business segment. They will be responsible for assessing the team's progress against targets set and adjusting the efforts as required to meet goals. The Division Manager's primary objective is to further develop our local business by improving and growing core services whilst leading diversification of our business into new areas.

Good grasp of organizational development in alignment with strategic business unit goals. Focusing on talent and performance management, aligning development with future needs of business and team members.
Quality & performance
Ensure and develop adherence to quality metrics, identifying opportunities to increase quality and performance to address future needs. Understanding of compliance environment and how to manage risk in our operation.
