Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to promote and sell our blood glucose monitoring devices in the assigned territory. This role is key in growing our customer base, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for blood glucose monitoring devices by identifying and securing new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diabetes care centers.
- Customer Relationship Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and diabetes educators. Provide excellent product knowledge and support to meet their needs.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to adjust sales strategies as needed and provide feedback to the regional team.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to healthcare professionals. Showcase the benefits and features of blood glucose monitors to drive sales.
Monitor and track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Provide regular updates and reports to the Country Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry. Experience with diabetes care products is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Good presentation skills for product demonstrations

Salary Range:
50k-70k Base pay + Monthly commission
