- Primarily responsible for developing medical representatives, managing the program objectives, identifying program concerns and needs and maintaining company standards.
- Conduct regular schedule of individual field visits, coaching and written communications.
- Surpass the sales target in each territory through efficient planning.
- Guides the medical representatives in the attainment of the program's objectives and maintains a high degree of morale and sense of accomplishment within the group.
- Qualifications:
With at least 2 years of Supervisory experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Soft Skills: Coaching People Management Team player Excellent communication & interpersonal
Technical Skills: Selling - proficient (3-5 years) Presentation Skills - proficient Sales Analysis- Tools Excel Pivot - Proficient Powerpoint - Proficient
