Position Overview:
- RecruitGo is searching for a Distributor Specialist who will be working with our client and will be onsite. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with distributors to drive sales growth and ensure efficient distribution of products. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams, monitoring distributor performance, and developing strategies to enhance distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
- Distributor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors. Serve as the main point of contact for distributors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular meetings with distributors to review performance, discuss strategies, and provide product updates.
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential distributors. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities aimed at increasing sales through distribution channels. Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze distributor performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, and customer feedback. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to distributors. Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and optimize distribution routes. Address any logistics issues that arise to prevent disruptions in the supply chain.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed. Assist distributors in developing their own sales strategies and improving.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use market insights to inform distribution strategies and identify growth opportunities. Share market intelligence with distributors to help them improve their market positioning.
Minimum of 1-4 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and supply chain management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with distributors and attend industry events.
Have a background FMCG Industry- Customer care, Credit and Collection, Warehouse and Logistics, Marketing and Finance
