Management of Assigned Accounts
- Achieve the assigned Sales Target, Distribution (Retail Performance Standard or RPS), Collection and Merchandising objectives in the assigned Accounts/Territory.
- Monitor and record the daily activity and productivity through the Daily Sales Activity Reports (DSAR), Customer Call Cards and Customer Collection Jackets to ensure the achievement of assigned sales budgets for the assigned Accounts.
- Identify sales areas for improvement, formulate plans and programs necessary to the Accounts in communicate with his/her RGM, and get approval by RGM.
- Ensure proper execution, monitoring and feedback on the sales, distribution, collections and merchandising strategies/programs versus the set objectives.
- Ensure that all Trade Agreements and or Trade Supports are authorized by Sales Director and or Marketing and with conformity with the assigned Accounts, and get approval by RGM.
- Coordinates with Finance, Credit & Collection, Accounting, Logistics and other departments that may provide needed help in managing the assigned account.
- Help manage the CAPEX and OPEX budgets in order to maximize the companys resources.
Products Awareness
- Reviewing the updated pricelist and memos to be updated with the company products and pricing.
- Explain the different products and its features to Trade Customers and/or potential customers.
Other Job-Related Tasks
- Ensure Integrity, Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness (I-ACT) in the submission of reports.
- Perform other job-related duties and functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
