JOB SUMMARY- _To executethe strategic plans and achievement of sales objectives for their area of coverage._
_To handle the overall supervision of all Distributor Sales Personnel (DSP)._- _Reports to Operations Manager._
- JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
_ Coordinates and aligns with DSP the objectives and strategic plans that were agreed upon during core meetings._
_ Conducts regular checkpoint meetings with DSPs to monitor their performance, align with them any updates, programs, promotions or changes in strategy, and discuss opportunities with their respective areas of coverage_
_ Checks on a daily basis the DSR, Coverage Plan and VDR(Volume, Distribution, Reach) performance of all sellers._
_ Coordinates with principals and the accountant regarding any programs, promotions, coverage plan modifications and manpower structure changes to be undertaken._
_ Handles any customer complaints._
_ Coordinates with the AR clerk for any AR management._
_ Collects overdue AR directly from customers._
_ Conducts weekly sales, operational, and territorial audits._
_ Monitors the OTD (order to delivery) of all customer sales orders._
_ Reports monthly sales scorecard during the sales core team._
_ Develops and executes monthly sales plan to hit sales objectives._
_ Computes and makes the salesmen incentives for the accountant to check and approve._
_ Conducts field credit investigation for all accounts to verify integrity of the CI form._
_ Recommends the credit limit of all accounts with terms._
_ Approves and audits all submitted expense reports related to sales._
_ Performs other tasks as assigned or instructed by the Operations Manager and Managing Directors._
_ Conducts orientations to new sales personnel and merchandisers._
_ Trains and evaluates the Sales Personnel and merchandisers._
