Job Description
- Plan, monitor & achieve assigned volume targets in an assigned RD geographical territory.
Manage Inventory level of distributors, make sure that RD will comply to required inventory level per SKU , to make sure that there is no overstock, no out of stock, no slow moving items and no items ageing 6months upon delivery in distributor warehouse- Achieve New Product speed of placement objectives.
Provide input in volume forecasting process. Manage returns, BO, and pull-out according to communication strategy and guidelines.
- Tap LGU's in the assigned territory
Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans assigned geographical territory aligned with regional and national objectives.- Achievement of volume targets (Primary & Secondary) for RD
A/R is updated and within company guidelines for RD
- Efficient use of Trade activities budget (CTS & Payback) for RD
Timely submission of Trade activities proposal (Via On-Time Monitoring System) district.- Implementation of Business Development Plan
Plan, execute, monitor, and achieve assigned reach, calls/day and productive calls targets, aligned with national objectives.
- Ensure consistency availability of priority SKU's in identified channels.
