JOB SUMMARY:To ensure timely and accurate loading of Finished Goods for delivery, pick-up and transfer to other plants that conforms to the requirements indicated in the Lift Ticket/ Pick list with the instruction from supervising Distribution Coordinator.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to assigned work area and follow all safety rules and regulations of the company.
- Wears uniforms properly, hard hat, gloves and safety shoes during working hours and while inside the working area.
- Assist the Distribution Coordinator in loading of Finished Goods for delivery, pick up and transfer to other plants.
- Assist the crane in piling of Finished Goods from Production to warehouse.
- Operates the trolley or transfer table to transport the Finished Goods from, production to warehouse 2 and from warehouse 2 to warehouse 1 transfer.
- Ensures proper preservation, security, safety, handling and stacking of finished goods both for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Assist the Distribution Coordinator in creation of tags and attached properly / correctly on the finished goods loaded on the truck.
- Assist in verifying and counting all bundles loaded to the truck if tally and correct versus items indicated on the Lift Ticket or Pick List and color of the grade of each item.
- Take pictures of all loaded finished goods on the truck, together with the driver, helper and plate number of the truck.
- Assist during year-end inventory.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures including Safety and Housekeeping activities.
- Perform task related to shipment of Finished Goods and raw materials and may be assigned in the port.
- Performs other duties may be assigned.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
At least high school graduate/college level- Basic knowledge and skill as a rigger, port operation, warehousing and delivery
1 year experience in logistics
- Flexible, willing to work on a shifting schedule
