Job Description

Job Overview:

The Dispute Case Manager oversees and manages dispute resolutions from initiation through resolution. This role involves preparation and conceptualizing report, and drafting dispute letters, to ensure disputes are handled efficiently, fairly, and in compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The Dispute Case Manager serves as the counselor and advisor for dispute cases and ensures that all cases are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of dispute cases, including intake, investigation, resolution, and closure.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate case files, including communications, findings, letters and resolutions.
Problem Solving: Identify root causes of disputes and work to resolve them by providing ways of negotiation, or escalation as necessary.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on dispute cases, identifying tracing results and providing insights.Compliance: Ensure all dispute resolution processes, reports and letters adhere to legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and that they receive fair treatment throughout the process.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of dispute resolution procedures and best practices.
  • Qualifications:
Education: College graduate or undergraduate are welcome to apply.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in dispute resolution, case management, customer service, or a related area.
  • Skills:
Strong organizational and case management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Working Conditions:
Work remotely.
Schedule: 4 pm to 1 am Philippine Standard Time
  • Compensation:
$280 per month, paid monthly.
