Responsibility:- Check and confirm materials loaded/unloaded and investigate delivery issues.
Conduct meetings with drivers and helpers; take minutes.- Monitor driver and helper attendance and conduct.
Help with documentation and ensure accuracy of delivery and invoicing.
- Ensure weekly truck checklist is completed, measure diesel, and check truck cleanliness.
Assist with truck maintenance and report issues.- Perform other duties as assigned.
Graduate of Bachelor of any 4-year course

With at least 1-year experience in dispatching, warehousing, manufacturing, or equivalent is an advantage
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
With a strong personality- Computer proficiency including MS office software
Preferably residing in Meycauayan, Bulacan, or near the area
