The Dispatcher will coordinate and direct the movement of trucks in order to make pickups and deliveries in an efficient and timely manner.
- Daily and weekly trip scheduling
Load monitoring and updating
- Assist in Equipment management, preventative maintenance, etc.
Communicate with Drivers, customers, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner- Looks for possible clients and trips
Process necessary permits for trucking operation
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.
Maintain written/computerized records and other Reports needed
- Graduate of 4 years course
Computer Literate- With at least 1 year work experience
Experience with transport and logistics company is an advantage
- Good geographical knowledge.
Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
