Job Description- Transport Dispatcher is responsible in dispatching, monitoring and assigning of trucks for every requirement needed by Internal and External customers.
Prepare and schedule additional truck requirement for Export,
Import, Domestics and SO pick-up/delivery for the day.- Preparation of Daily Vehicle Checklist (DVC).
Transmittal of Document
- Monitoring of truck Status.
Truck Dimension Inquiry. Issuance of Notice/ MEMO of Violation.
- Encoding of trucker's time out of their DTR.
- Has completed at least two (2) year course or equivalent
- Preferably has familiarity with transport management systems
- Preferably with working geographical knowledge of the country and the motorway network.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel)
