DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Observe personal hygiene, wear PPE, sanitation, and practice food safety standards and company rules.
Handles and operates electric-dishwashing machine with sufficient knowledge, care, safety, and maintenance in accordance to its standard procedure- Reports any malfunctions observed on the electric-dishwashing machine;
- Clean and sanitize dining utensils/equipment and keep in a designated stacking area;
- Refills and changes soap solutions regularly, solutions prescribed by the company;
- Ensure that detergent, and sanitizing solutions are properly diluted and used based on the manufacturer's guide for its purpose and use;
- Daily inventory of utensils and equipment as well as losses and breakages; and request utensils when necessary
- Sees to it that the work station is kept clean and well-maintained;
- Ensure availability of clean utensils/equipment.
- Immediately pat dry flatware, glassware and etc. using a clean cloth;
Clean garbage bins using hot water;
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas,
Sort and remove the trash, placing it in designated pick-up areas,
