Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment using machine and manual cleaning methods. This role is crucial in supporting our kitchen staff and ensuring a smooth operation.
Clean Dishes and Kitchen Equipment: Operate dishwashing machinery, clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment manually when necessary.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep dishwashing area clean and orderly, including sweeping and mopping floors, and removing trash.
Inspect Dishes and Utensils:
Check for cleanliness, damage, and proper storage.Stock Supplies:
Restock dishes, glassware, and utensils in the kitchen and serving areas as needed.Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and recycling according to health and safety standards.
- Assist Kitchen Staff: Help with food preparation and other tasks as needed.
Follow Safety Protocols:
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.Willing to be Trained.
