Job Specifications:
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree Education graduate.
Must be a PRC licensed Teacher.- At least 1 to 3 years experience in the related work environment.
Qualifications:- Implement and enforce the University Discipline policies and school rules.
Work in collaboration with other Offices and/or committees in running preventive and developmental programs pertaining to student discipline upon arriving at a consensus on discipline work.
- Attend individual cases and conduct case hearings with relevant committees/office and faculty.
Review regularly the Student Handbook, which contains the code of conduct and disciplinary actions and procedures to ensure that the discipline policies cover and are congruent to the values that the University adheres to.- Promote proper decorum inside the University through orientations, lectures, coaching, student empowerment, and dissemination of the Student Handbook and other discipline education materials.
Prevent rather than correct unseemly student behavior by expanding and promoting preventive and formative discipline programs.
- Facilitate and participate in the conduct of student disciplinary cases through case conferences with the University Panel for Case Conference and the students, faculty, parents/guardians and refer the student for counseling.
* Supervise and empower student leaders to promote culture of discipline.
