A disbursement clerk is responsible for managing financial transactions and handling cash disbursements.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain petty Cash Book
- Reference all payments accurately and sequentially
Maintain a record of expense returns- Ensure all payments have invoices/supporting documents
Ensure all cash receipts are recorded
- Ensure all cash disbursements are recorded
Produce a cash use report daily (including outstanding payments)- Perform a daily cash reconciliation/impress
Have a correct attitude to people
Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or any related course
- At least 2-year experience or equivalent role
Excellent oral and written communication Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience in auditing and quality assurance
