Job Description

A disbursement clerk is responsible for managing financial transactions and handling cash disbursements.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain petty Cash Book
  • Reference all payments accurately and sequentially
Maintain a record of expense returns
  • Ensure all payments have invoices/supporting documents
Ensure all cash receipts are recorded
  • Ensure all cash disbursements are recorded
Produce a cash use report daily (including outstanding payments)
  • Perform a daily cash reconciliation/impress
Have a correct attitude to people
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or any related course
  • At least 2-year experience or equivalent role
Excellent oral and written communication
  • Highly organized
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in auditing and quality assurance

Job Type: Full-time
